It does seem like things I read seem to be "or" patients - patients with one diagnosis. Make it complicated - more like real life. Multiple factors or diagnoses would be more interesting to me - how those interact to create the whole picture. Personally, I think I was supposed to be "easy" and turned out to be anything but.
